Sell and service Xerox and HP printers and multifunction devices. We specialize in Xerox and have a very active Managed Print Services Program where clients pay an all inclusive pay per page program that saves IT time, administrative time and controls costs. We also sell physical security to prevent theft of valuable equipment.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Have been in Industry since 1969 spending 17 years with IBM and Xerox. 1nm 1987 started KSL Security & Printer Sevices. We lock valuable equipment down to prevent theft.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Fabulous service that is responsive and professional. Employees are tenured and understand client satisfaction is primary objective. We are local and respond quickly. We use OEM certified parts and supplies and guarantee everything we do.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One office in Waltham with parts storage in Cambridge
