Airport Coach Ltd was established in September 2002
What is your primary product or service?
Airport Coach's primary business is airport transportation. We do provide professional transportation for most purposes including nights out, medical appointments and almost any kind of transportation.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As owner I have over 40 years of experience in many phases of the transportation industry; from driving to management and maintenance management. I've managed fleets of 10 or fewer vehicles and a fleet with over 100 vehicles. I've also successfully managed truck and bus fleets.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We connect with our customers in a way that our competition is incapable of doing. We are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all professional at all times.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our clients do not travel to visit our business but rather we travel to their homes and businesses. We then provide them with professional looking and smoke free late model vehicles. And we will add the necessary vehicles and employees to our fleet to maintain the level of service that our clients have come to expect and enjoy.

We accept all major credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
Our service area is primarily the West Suburban area. We will transport people not only to and from this area but we do service clients from this area to both Manchester and Providence airports as well as other favorite points in New England and New York.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The owner of Airport Coach Ltd is Arthur Bernard. He is also the operations manager at this time.
What are your hours of operation?
We operate 24/7/365.
